Duck Toy
Ages: One and older.
Description: Wooden duck waddles when pulled by a 33 inch cord. “The industry standards limits strings on crib and playpen toys to 12” in length.”
Hazard: Potential for strangulation injuries.

Fold & Go Trampoline
Ages: Three and older.
Description: “The only function on this trampoline should be a controlled bounce (exercise) for young children.”
Hazard: Potential for head, neck and other bodily injuries. There is a choking hazard associated with small parts.

“Gigan” Godzilla Action Figure   
Ages: Four and older.
Description: Godzilla, referred to as “Gigan”, is a twelve action figure that comes with hard plastic fins, wings and dagger attachments on its arms.
Hazard: Choking hazard and potential for impact and puncture wound injuries.

Jack Sparrow Sword Fighting Figure
Ages: Four and older.
Description: Comes with small parts, and no warnings attached for Jack’s right hand which is armed with a four-and-a-half inch hard plastic sword.
Hazard: Choking hazard and potential for eye and other impact
injuries.

Mini-School Busses
Ages: Three and older.
Description: Miniature school busses come with “choking hazard” warning due to removable rubber tires.
Hazard: Potential for choking injuries.

Power Ranger Samurai Mega Blade
Ages: Four and older.
Description: Plastic sword extends two feet when child pulls a lever.
Hazard: Potential for impact injures. Instructions warn children about aiming  hitting, poking or swinging the toy at anyone.

Stepper Low-Rise Stilts
Ages: Five and older.
Description: No warnings attached for three plastic platforms with adjustable “hand ropes” that are marked as “low rise stilts.”
Hazard: Potential for head and other impact injuries.

The Incredible Shrinky Dinks Maker
Ages: Eight and older. Supervision is required. The oven needs to be unplugged when not in use.
Description: Little electric oven uses 120-volt house current to shrink dinks in a “heating chamber” with a 60-watt bulb.
Hazard: Potential for burn injuries and electric shock.

Twist ‘n Sort
Ages: Three and older.
Description: Wood blocks for “problem solving challenges.”
Hazard: Potential for choking injuries. Partial recall implemented
on October 20, 2011.

Z-Curve Bow
Ages: Eight and older.
Description: “High-performance” bow and arrow set comes with three “long range” foam arrows capable of traveling “over 125 feet.” Manufacturer warning instructs children that,” Arrows should not be pulled back at more than half strength”,  and kids should “alert” anyone within close distance to intended target…”
Hazard: Potential for eye injuries.
