In This Edition of Rock The Capital Minute; Japan’s Prime Minister Naoto Kan says his country will beat the nuclear crisis and rebound to build the safest systems anywhere. It has been three weeks since and earthquake and tsunami struck Japan. The U.S Transportation Department says safer cars, fewer drunk drivers, and use of seat belts is credited for the fewest number of deaths on roadways since 1949. The Department of Labor releases job numbers. Economists are under the impression 190,000 jobs were created last month.
