Rock The Capital Minute

In this edition of Rock The Capital Minute, engineers at the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant have restored electricity to much of the facility, with one notable exception, reactor two because radiation levels are spiking. The Food and Drug Administration has halted all imports of foods grown, and or produced around that plant in Japan. At first the FDA intended to step up screening proceedures. In Pennsylvania, Governor Corbett is looking for every possible way to sell the Liquor Control Board, and adminstrators at the LCB are coming up with every imaginable way to keep growing the government controlled liquor business.

At least a handful of wine kiosks are expected to reopen on Tuesday. The high-tech machines started to malfunction en masse days before Christmas. The company that distributes the kiosks attributed the problem to faulty resistors.
