Rock The Capital’s Scott Paterno’s piece on taking every taxpayer dime away from Penn State has generated such a stir that Paterno has composed another piece to further explain the critical thinking that led to his decision. To keep this in perspective, Paterno’s father Joe is a legendary football coach at Penn State, and Scott received undergraduate and graduate degrees at PSU. As he puts it, his house is a shrine to the school.
