In This Edition of Rock The Capital Minute; Japan’s Prime Minister Naoto Kan says his country will beat the nuclear crisis and rebound to build the safest systems anywhere. It has been three weeks since and earthquake and tsunami struck Japan. The U.S Transportation Department says safer cars, fewer drunk drivers, and use of seat belts is credited for the fewest number of deaths on roadways since 1949. The Department of Labor releases job numbers. Economists are under the impression 190,000 jobs were created last month.

Lieutenant Governor Jim Cawley saying that it is a time for Pennsylvanians to be resiliant. Cawley during his swearing in speech quoted Ralph Waldo Emerson and gave a salute to his mentor, former Pennsylvania Governor Mark Schweiker. Cawley talked about tough decisions and a lot of sacrafice, but the alternative of bankrupting our future is totally unacceptable.
