A Church that picketed Pennsylvania Solider’s Funeral prevails in the U.S. Supreme Court

The U.S Supreme court found that it is okay for Kansas Based church to picket military funerals. The ruling was based on circumstances that had to do with the death of a Pennsylvania marine. The decision reverses a lower courts $5 million dollar judgement for Matthew Snyder’s father.
