The Dallago campaign sent out two mailers on Saturday, November 2, 2013.
One mailer came from the Better Government Pa Political Action Committee based in Bressler and operated by Mike Musser. That was the fourth mailer from this PAC in addition to three mailers sent out in the primary by this professional fundraiser.
“Friends of Linda Dallago” sent out a distorted and negative flyer which included a portion of a photo on it. The entire photo is above.
This photo was taken during an interview with ABC News Correspondent Bob Woodruff. The story was covered by the Patriot News, on October 3, 2009. “In other national headliners, CHEERS to local citizen-activist Eric Epstein, best known for his longtime role as a TMI nuclear watchdog. Epstein was interviewed this week by ABC News anchor and journalist Bob Woodruff for a story on the future of nuclear energy.” (Heather Long, “ Cheers and Jeers.”)
You may recall that on January 29, 2006, Mr. Woodruff along with his cameraman Doug Vogt, were seriously injured in an explosion from an IED in Taji, Iraq. At the time of the attack, they were embedded with the U.S. 4th Infantry.
Our campaign will remain positive. We will continue to press for accountability, transparency and respect for the democratic process.
