Enclosed please find a press advisory and Writ of Certification regarding a gross miscarriage of justice in which a PA bank’s unilateral decision to defund an approved loan for a family company was found to be “arbitrary, unreasonable and reckless.”
Yet, the same PA court actually awarded a judgment – with interest – of $900,000 to the bank for a contract the bank failed to honor.
In essence, the PA court system has established a precedent of punishing the victim and rewarding the guilty party.
